AMD RYZEN 7 3750H

This is a processor which you can really rely on. It is the second generation Ryzen 7 3750H processor. This processor clocks a base speed of 2.3Ghz with a speed of  upto 4Ghz. This is the speed you really need for gaming on a laptop of this range. The Ryzen is equipped with 4 cores and 8 threads making multitasking also an easy task. 

GeForce GTX 1650 GPU

Also assisting the Ryzen, this GPU is the latest GPU by NVIDIA (as of 2019) . This assists the Ryzen in making your multitasking and productivity even more quick and effective. With the firepower of both these processors, it can tackle any task inside or outside the gaming arena.

7.18mm nano bezel display

The new NanoEdge design developed by ASUS has a slimmer-than-ever 7.18mm bezel that makes the visuals very engaging and immersive. This also makes the laptop more compact in size and more potable than a normal laptop of this screen size.

MEMORY AND KEYBOARD

This laptop comes with a big 16 Gb dual channel 2400Mhz RAM which is upgradable to 32GB. It also comes with a 1TB HDD and 256GB SSD. These things help for improved performance and energy efficiency.

The Keyboard is a backlit RGB keyboard which can change colour as per your requirements. It has highlighted WASD keys with a broader space bar and isolated arrow keys to make your typing even easier. It also has recognizable gaps between the function keys. They keys are at a distance of just 1.8mm which improves your typing speed and responsiveness. It is an extremely durable keyboard, and when I say extremely, I mean it. It can endure upto 20 million key presses.

BATTERY 

This is the only con about this PC which could also have effect on the resale value. Its battery life is about only 3.5 hours and that to when on moderate use. If gaming, the battery lasts for upto 3 hours only.

AUDIO AND VIDEO QUALITY

The Tuf fx705dt has a screen size of 17.3 inches with a length to width ratio of 16:9. This can be a con for many but only a gamer can tell you the need of a 17.3 inch screen. The screen is an LED backlit FHD (1920x1080). It has a refresh rate of 144hz and has a speed of 60fps with anti-glare technology. This means your eyes don't get much affected on continous usage or gaming. It also provides the best of its kind 250 nits brightness so you wont find the screen dim. By the way, you can also have a 15.6 inch display but with 8GB RAM for about 50-60 bucks less.

The DTS Headphone: X technology delivers threatre quality 7.1 surround sound even when using headphones. It features optimized settings for games, movies, sports etc and has a built-in equalizer for addirtion fine tuning.

 

COOLING SYSTEM

A good cooling system is an essential requirement for a gaming laptop or PC which many of the mid range devices lack. But this ASUS Tuf fx705dt has the ASUS-exclusive hypercool technology consisting of antidust cooling and hyperfan for exceptional cooling. Cooling is also improved by the patented Trapezoid cut lid and intelligent parallel fan palcement

DURABILITY

As the name suggests, it is a very durable computer. Not very, but so extremely durable that it is certified to meet the military grade MIL-STD-810G standards. This literally means that there will be no harm to your laptop even if it falls from your hand or accidentally bumps to a nearby wall.

It also comes with a windows 10 Home software.

WEIGHT

When comparing to its screen size, its weight is just too less. Only 2.7 kg while an average computer weighs about 3.3-3.5 kg having a 17 inch screen.

CONCLUSION

According to me, this laptop is the best gaming laptop for its price. It is extremely cheap for what it provides to you. You can get an MSI having almost the same specs at about $100 less than it but it lags frequently. I guess you do not want to compromise with your efficiency, durability and gameplay for just a couple of bucks. So according to me this is the best laptop at this price. Also even if you don't want to focus on gaming and need for only school or college purposes, it is a great laptop for each and every purpose.
